Tile Cross Spacer with Central Pull-Out Handle
OEM & private label | 1 mm and 2 mm from stock | 100 pcs per bag
What It Is
- A tile cross spacer pressed into the joint where four tiles meet.
- Four flat arms hold the tile corners in line; the joint width stays constant while the adhesive sets.
- A raised centre handle is pulled out afterwards and the whole cross comes out with it.
- It sets joint WIDTH only. It is not a leveling system and does not correct height differences between tiles.
Why Buyers Choose This Spacer
- Private Label Bag Printing And Custom Cartons: Spacers ship 100 pieces per bag. Your own artwork can be printed on the bag, and carton markings can carry your brand and product data, so the goods arrive ready for your market instead of being re-labelled in your warehouse.
- Custom Colour And Additional Joint Widths: Spacer colour can be matched to your range, and further joint widths can be tooled once the order quantity supports the mould. One supplier then covers the full width range you sell, instead of a separate source for each size.
- One Pull Removes The Whole Cross: The raised centre handle lifts the complete spacer out in one movement, so the joint line is never levered open and the tile edge is not chipped. This is the feature your customers notice against a plain cross spacer, and it is what the product is named for.
- Moulded From Virgin Polypropylene (PP): We mould from Virgin Polypropylene (PP) with no recycled filler, so the four flat arms hold their shape under load and the spacer does not absorb water. It suits wall and floor work, and bathroom, kitchen and balcony installation.
- Stock And Made-To-Order From One Programme: 1 mm and 2 mm ship from stock in about 3 days, and other joint widths are made to order in 15-20 days after the deposit. Repeat orders and new specifications therefore run through the same supplier, with the same packing format.

How To Use
Installation
- Press the spacer into the joint by hand where four tiles meet. No jig or tool is needed.
- The semi-translucent body lets the setter read the joint line while the adhesive is still open.
- Re-seat immediately if a corner needs adjusting.
Removal
- Pull the raised centre handle; the complete cross comes out as one piece.
- Remove before the adhesive cures for the cleanest result and to allow reuse.
- No levering, so the joint line stays clean and the tile edge is not chipped.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. What OEM, ODM and private label options are available?
Packaging, colour and size customization are all available. Typical requests are private label bag printing, custom carton markings and custom colour. Additional joint widths can be tooled once the order quantity supports the mould. Send your artwork or colour reference together with the target quantity and we will confirm feasibility, lead time and cost.
Q2. What are the lead time, payment terms and samples?
Stock items ship in about 3 days. Made-to-order production runs 15-20 days after the deposit. Payment is 30% T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Samples are free and the freight is collect. Tell us the destination port and we will confirm the shipping schedule.
Q3. What is the minimum order quantity, and how is the product packed?
Spacers are packed 100 pieces per bag. Minimum order quantities are confirmed on enquiry: tell us the joint width, the quantity you need and the destination, and we will confirm the minimum order, the packing and the price for that configuration in writing.
Q4. Which joint widths can be customised, and how does tooling work?
The range covers 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm and 3 mm. The 1 mm and 2 mm moulds are running, so those two ship from stock. The 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm and 3 mm widths are made to order, with a new mould opened once the order quantity supports it. Tell us the tile format and grout plan and we will confirm the right size for your market.
Q5. What is this product, and what does it not do?
It is a tile cross spacer, also searched as a cross tile spacer, tile cross, tile joint spacer or tile spacing spacer. It is pressed into the joint where four tiles meet so the four arms hold the tile corners in line and the joint width stays constant while the adhesive sets. It is a joint spacing product, not a tile leveling system, and it does not adjust height differences between tiles; it sets and holds the joint width.
