The YF-TLC-OO covers the full commercial tile thickness spectrum — from 3mm thin porcelain panels to 15mm standard commercial porcelain — with a single clip body. The 18mm opening height accommodates this range without requiring contractors to switch clip models when project specifications mix tile thicknesses.
Thin porcelain panels (3-6mm) require gentle clamping — excessive pressure cracks the panel. The lighter weight grades (110g-130g per bag) apply proportionally less clamping force, making them inherently safer for thin-panel work while still providing sufficient hold for 12-15mm commercial tiles when paired with the TLW-87 wedge.

A: Follow adhesive manufacturer specification for your tile format. Clip is compatible with all standard cement, polymer-modified, and epoxy mortars.
Q: Can I use this with uncoupling membranes?
A: Yes. Clip sits in adhesive bed above the membrane. Ensure membrane is fully bonded before tile installation.
