The YF-INS1010 Extra-Large Disc Insulation Anchor is a specialized mechanical fastener designed to secure soft and thick insulation materials to masonry and concrete substrates. Engineered with an oversized 140mm diameter head, it provides maximum surface pressure, perfectly preventing the tear-out of fragile materials like mineral wool boards or thick EPS panels.

Manufactured from 100% virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), this insulation plug offers exceptional impact resistance and cold-weather durability. A critical feature of this series is the integrated sealing cap, which securely covers the mating inner screw nail. This design completely eliminates thermal bridging (Zero Thermal Bridge) and protects the metal from condensation and rust, making it an essential component for Passive House construction and premium ETICS/EIFS façade systems.
